These show up in operation long before they show up in a report. The cause is usually in the assembly, not in how the space is being used.

After the source is gone, the space still has to be cleaned
Remediation removes the material. It does not, by itself, deal with what settled on every surface in the zone or with an odour held in porous finishes. This scope is the pass that follows: filtration to capture what is airborne, cleaning of the surfaces in the zone, and treatment of odour where it remains. It follows the correction, it does not replace it, and a space treated while the source is still active will smell the same in a week.

What does this service actually do?
The service removes contaminated material, cleans the affected surfaces and controls odour. The extent is established during the assessment.
Is this an air test or an inspection report?
No. Testing and reporting are separate specialized services, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
Can the building stay open?
The work zone is contained and separated from occupied areas. Which parts stay in use is set out before we start.
